We are proud to announce the twelfth recipient of the Richard Dopp Memorial Scholarship, she is Elesea Galvan-Neubauer from Rockford East High School. She plans on attending University of Illinois at Springfield in the fall of 2021 with a dual major in Business Administration and Accounting. After graduating she plans on returning back to Winnebago county to start her own business. We wish Elesea the best of luck and encouragement on her career.
