Just wanted to take a minute to thank Tom and yourself again for your outstanding performance yesterday. The manner in which you expedited "the fix" for my issue was truly impressive. I cannot remember the last time I dealt with a supplier that offered up such a timely solution to an issue, and all with the personal touch. It was a breath of fresh air.
